An awesome chilli recipe: In a medium sized wok pan fry 500g of cubed beef, lamb or any vegetable in 2tbspns of oil until the ingredients are browning. Then add your jar of hot NYC and stir. Cover and simmer on a low heat until ingredients are cooked through. Garnish the good stuff with coriander and serve with boiled rice. Go on, knock yourself out!
